What is diabetes?

 Diabetes is a disease that occurs when the blood sugar level is too high. Type 2 diabetes:

It is a chronic condition that affects the way the body processes blood sugar and with this, the body either does not produce enough insulin or it resists insulin. Around 90% of the cases in the world are type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes symptoms are excessive hunger, excessive thirst, weight gain, or weight loss, frequent urination. Gestational diabetes: 

Gestational diabetes has high blood sugar during pregnancy usually has no symptoms. People who have gestational diabetes are at higher risk of getting type 2 diabetes.
