As per doctors suggestion on the day of discharge they have mentioned me to take a check up In a week. , I want you to schedule an appointment on 30th October and please Let me know the best available time slot to clear all the after surgery check ups and treatments.

frozen shoulder is a self limiting condition,, usually affects diabetes pts ,,it needs physio ( mobilization of shoulder ) and anti inflammatory agents
