Where is the hospital located?
Sai Sanjeevini is located in Narsimhapuri Colony, Plot No.7, Kothapet, Saroornagar, Hyderabad.
What is the mode of admission?
You will require to contact the admission desk, where our executives will provide you all the details about the packages, bed categories and miscellaneous charges. After you choose a package and bed category, you will be given an IP (inpatient) ID (identification number). Our executives will also inform you about the pre and post admission formalities.
Do you have an ambulance service?
Yes, we do provide a 24/7 an ambulance service.
What are the visiting hours?
Patient’s family and relatives will be given a briefing regarding the patient’s condition from their Consulting physician. For fixing an appointment with the Consultant, the family members of the patient are requested to get in touch with the Floor executives at the Reception.
Is food from home allowed?
We provide food for the patient at the hospital itself. The patient’s food is monitored by our dietitians.
What is a day care surgery?
A Day Care Surgery, does not require the patient to stay in the hospital overnight.
Are all the consultants available 24 hours?
All our consulting specialists are full-time employees of the hospital. We have junior and senior resident doctors present in shifts offering 24 hours coverage in intensive care units, casualty, and postoperative recovery areas.
Is there a pharmacy available at the hospital?
All the medicines and consumables for the treatments are provided by the hospital pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 24/7 for emergency purposes.
How do I get a discharge summary?
Your discharge summary report will be handed over to you by the nursing staff during your discharge. In case of a delay in giving the discharge card, we will send it across on e-mail or by post to the address you provide, within a week of your discharge.
